Just some suggestions since I did this before when I was helping the Loyalist bring back MN (which worked but sadly he had a drug problem so he left the show within a year but it still worked) and worked with the Leo/Greenlee fans to get them reunited (which also worked). Anyway I did this in the past so we found it best to have some sort of structure.
So how about this. Lets pick a day that we will send a letter or postcard etc etc. Say every Thursday (or we can all come up with a day that works for everyone) pick a person from the list and send it. That way they will be getting a steady concentration of mail from all of us and it will all be sent to the same person.
In other words we can designate a Thursday (or whatever day but since today is Thurs I am using that haha) and pick a person with it. For example from the following list that was provided we all could pick say next Thursday and all send a letter to one contact, the next Thurs all of us send letters to another (ex Julie Caruthers), Thurs after to another (ex McTavish).
You don't even have a write a new letter for each. Write one letter save it and just change the names at the top. Doing it this way ensures that they get more than one letter on the subject and they would all arrive roughly at the same time to that person. And then keep going to the next contact etc etc.
This way it won't be that time consuming and we'd know we'd all be hitting the same person at once which would make more of an imact.
