Here is my something to think about and why I say that...

While on the cruise I had showed Greg Vaughan another drawing that I had done of him (I did one when he was in NYC last summer) and he loved it and signed it. Then he had asked me if I had showed any of my drawings to Austin Peck (ex-Austin on Days of Our Lives). So I had told that I didn't yet and he told me "You really need to show him these drawings. I think he would be amazed. I am amazed by these but I think he would be even more amazed because he draws too. Just a little bit earlier he was drawing something and it look awsome. Show him these drawings...you never know, he might give you some pointers or maybe you can give him pointers too...you'll never know what could happen, Angel." Angel is a nickname that he gave me...ever since I saw him in NYC last summer, he has called me Angel. He a big hug and then kissed me on my cheek. He was such a sweetheart.

After that, I had gotten the rest of my other drawings signed and pictures taken. I met Leslie Kay and she loved the drawing that I did of her. She was surprised and even had said outloud to Winsor Harmon and me, "Wow, this is amazing! I love it. Thank you for sharing it with me. This is just awesome! I would like to look at your other drawings if you don't mind?" Of course I didn't mind so I told that it was ok and that I would love it. So she starts looking at them and says "OH MY GOD!! Look at how beautiful these drawing are!! Do you know just how much Universale Studios would pay to have someone with you drawing ability to work for them in their them park? Oh my god!" Then Winsor Harmon responded to that and said, "Oh, I know...they would pay so much for your ability, Randi. These are beautiful and you can tell who each drawing is of and you captured their looks perfectly. Great job!" Leslie Kay then gave me a big hug and thanked me again. She is such a beautiful lady! And Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe on Days of Our Lives) is absolutly gorgouse...just simply stunning.

Anyway....I think Greg Vaughan, Leslie Kay, and Winsor Harmon gave me a little push into a life changing moment...but it wasn't until I met Austin Peck and showed him my drawing of him, that really changed me. He really loved my drawing of him. On the drawing he wrote "So Cool!!! This is wonderful! I've never looked so GOOD! Love, Austin" I was laughing when he wrote that. He then drew a cartoon on it and wrote above that..."Can I touch me" I just laughed. He then said to me "This is beautiful. I love it so much! What a fantastic talent you have!" He then gave me some tips. He too gave me a big hug and kissed me on the cheek. After him, I went to Christian LeBlanc (who is on Y&R) and I ended up finding out that he use to draw too. He loved his drawing a lot! He hug me very tightly and agave me a kiss too on the cheek. He then gave me a lot of tips too and then told me that I should go to an art school for drawing and make drawing a career. He then told me "You are such a sweetheart! I love this more then you would think. This is amazing art work! I love getting surprises like this!" He then asked me if I was going to be at the cocktail party that they had and I had told him that I was thinking of it. He then responded back with "You sould...I want you to come and mingle with the rest of us actors." Shortly after Leslie Kay taps me on my should and said "You should come to the cocktail party. I would love it if you did because I would like to show my son your drawings! He love to draw too and I just think you would love to see your drawings and be amazed by them and maybe he could get some pointers from you."

After those three moments with Austin Peck, Christian LaBlanc, and Leslie Kay...I was in shock. It was by far the greatest moments of my life. I did go to the cocktail party and chated with all the actors and showed my drawings to Leslie Kay's son and he seemed to be interested, and talked a little...he was a very cute little boy. I then talked to Christian LaBlanc again, and he gave me more tips, and huged me and kissed me again. He such a great guy and very funny!! Then on my way out of the room...I ran into Austin Peck and he too gave me more tips. He then asked me if I had any formal training and I had told him no and he said, "You should go to an art school for your talent and persue it as a career. There are places that would pay top dollar for you to just work with them. If you love to draw...persue it then. If it's something that you love and you know that you would love to do it for the rest of your life....then do it as career instead of doing something else that you don't love to do as much as drawing. Before, you told me that drawing is a passion of yours that you love to do...you need to persue that and share it with everyone." I can not tell you how much I needed to hear those tips, from Christian LaBlanc and Austin Peck, and hear that advice from Austin Peck. That was such a big push and ever since then...that has been all that I can think about.

I have heard all of my relitives say that I should draw professtionally and I think that this exsperance was the final big push that I needed to go through and to see and hear them.
