Annie calls the nanny at Zach and Kendall's, and asks her to bring Emma to the hospital. Then Ryan walks back in, and noticing Ryan doesn't look good, asks what's wrong, and Ryan says that was Jesse. They've arrested Dre Woods.

Sam talks with Erica, tells her the numbers are down, but he can't really think about that right now, and thanks her for coming. Jackson arrives about this time, and he's not too pleased

Adam asks Barry if things are taken care of, and Barry asks which things in particular, you? Adam barks, Colby! the car! Barry tells him the car is in pieces, as he asked. JR had no idea his father went this far, and as Adam is bickering with Barry JR suggests maybe this isn't the best place to advertise his crime. Barry excuses himself to take care of things, and JR tells Adam, that he's done it this time, that Colby's messed up because of this. Adam reminds JR that he didn't seem to mind his tactics when it was him in jail but JR says this is different. Adam asks again, if JR is going to use this against him, and JR smiles and says I'm your son. Adam says and Colby is my daughter. I still have that tape, remember. JR says dad, I didn't break a law. Adam says why don't you forget about me, and concentrate on helping your sister. Help me help her.

Colby is still kicking herself, when Tad tells her that everyone made decisions in this situation and it's not her fault. She leaves the room, leaving Tad and KWAK to talk. Tad is not pleased and KWAK apologizes but it doesn't matter, because she was with him in this. She claims she had no control over the situation and all she wanted to do was help Colby. She tells him she begged Adam to take Colby to the police. Tad asks, all these conversations, did it ever occur to you, to talk to me? She apologizes again, but he reminds her, that every time Adam tries to help his children he ends up hurting them: JR, Colby, Haley and he says I'm not saying he doesn't love his children, it's just we have to protect them from that. He says JR and Colby are our family, no matter that they're not your children. We have to help them and protect them.

back at the jail, JR tells Adam that he could have solved this if he'd told him what was going on. Adam scoffs at that, asking how would you have solved this, by knocking over some concrete? JR gives Adam a sarcastic look and tells him he could have helped Colby. Adam reminds JR he was too busy stealing his company and JR reminds Adam he was too busy talking to ghosts. JR has him there, and Adam says that's in the past. Lets forget about that, and concentrate on Colby. She could still be in trouble, for underage drinking and asks JR if he'll help. JR asks if this is another trick, and Adam tells JR that he's already lost, the board is on his side. JR tells Adam that the more they fight, the worse it is for Colby so Adam says we're family. I can't lose Colby and I can't lose you and JR is shocked to hear that come from his father. Adam and JR agree to stop fighting, for now and concentrate on helping Colby.

JR tells Adam he'll help him, that he'll get Colby back on the right path. Adam says thank you, son. JR walks away, and Adam sits down, when ERica stops by.

Ryan asks Annie if she's ok, and Annie looks again, and Riche's image is gone. Then the nanny brings Emma, and Annie shows her the sonogram and she hopes for a baby sister, saying that boys are yucky.

Sam and Jack meet with Dre. Jack learns about the blood, and then walks out of the room, and asks Jesse about the blood found on the ground. Jack asks, doesn't that prove the car didn't cause the death? But Jesse says the problem is, we have no car, only the word of the kid protecting his friend. Jack damns Adam for messing with this, and causing so much trouble for the kids. Jack says Adam should be held accountable for what he did and Jesse smiles and asks, you don't think he will? Jesse walks away, and tells Adam he made bail. Jesse tells him he wishes he could hold him longer and Adam asks, for what, protecting my daughter, protecting your step daughter?

KWAK tells Tad she loves him, and Tad reminds her of what she and Jenny mean to him, and to rememer what Adam did. Tad hugs her, and pleads with her to just trust him.

Colby asks JR what's going on, she's trying to act cool and he asks what's in the glass. She tells him it's water, and he says oh, great, I'm dying of thirst, but she stops him from drinking and just admits it's vodka. He pours it in the flowers and then takes her hand and says come on. She asks where they're going and he says an AA meeting. they head out the door and thus far, she doesn't argue.

at the jail, Adam confidently tells Jesse that he has to release him. Jesse unlocks the cell door, promising Adam that he'll probably be back in here. Adam blames Jesse for everything, and Jesse tells him that if he hadn't messed with evidence, the kids wouldn't be in this mess. Adam makes a comment about suing, and Jesse asks are you threatening but Adam says no, it's a promise.

Annie sees Richie's image again, as Emma sleeps in her arms, and he taunts her that Emma can't hear him because she's not crazy. He says look at you with your happy little family- too bad someone had to die. Annie tells him to leave her alone
