The teens are yelling, Adam's yelling, Jesse's yelling and it's so out of control, JR walks in with Babe and they're both confused. Angie pleads with Cassie to tell the truth and Dre turns to Jesse and says I did tell the truth, I was driving. But then Cassie and colby say they were, and Jesse's had it, he wants them all out in the station room. Sam arrives, on the phone, telling someone he's at the station and to hold off the media if they can. Then Tad and KWAK arrive and JR informs them that Colby and the others are being questioned for Richie's hit and run. Sam asks Dre what's happening, and asks to speak to his son alone. KWAK tells Jesse it's not like the kids did anything awful and Jesse doesn't care who belongs to whom, he has to arrest them. Ryan doesn't understand why Kendall is making such a big deal about a key Greenlee and Aiden are on the floor, when Aiden suggests they move to the bedroom, but Greenlee says Jake's not here. Then Aiden notices the fireplace, and smells something. Greenlee makes a joke, but aiden says Greenlee, it's a gas leak. He warns her to get out of the apt., but she won't, and instead, just goes to the door in her lingerie, and opens and closes it, to get air in there. Aiden asks for soap and water, he's fixing the broken pipe. Annie hasn't heard from Ryan, she's irritated and assumes he's with Greenlee. She sits in the car, and gathers herself to make another hysterical phone call, this time to Zach, and cries to him that she can't reach Ryan, she's been in an accident and she's scared for the baby. Please come help, she cries.

Member Posts: 11229 08/04/08 10:20:07 Forum Moderator	Adam and Jesse toss insults back and forth, Jesse informs everyone why he has to arrest all three teens, and Tad asks him, you're really going to arrest Cassie? Angie says she confessed! Jesse orders Perry to separate all three teens, Dre goes with Sam, Colby is led away, along with Cassie, who's in tears and Angie's beside herself, that Jesse has to arrest his own step daughter. Tad, KWAK, Babe and JR are left in the room, as Adam steps aside to cal Barry on his cell, and Barry can't be reached, and Adam tells him he's an overpriced empty suit, who better be on plane back. Tad asks JR why all three confessed and JR say I don't know, it was probaby Colby's idea, maybe to throw things off, I don't know. KWAK says colby said they made some kind of pact. Tad looks at KWAK, and asks, you talked to Colby already? KWAK is caught, and says um, yes, not today, but..and Tad asks, you 've known about this, in other words? He asks who else knows? JR says well, lets see, dad already had the car hidden so he knows, and KWAK adds Petey Cortland. Tad says thank goodness my little brother isn't here, or he'd be confessing too. Tad questions KWAK again, but she says I would like to tell you everything, but Angie really looks like she needs someone, and KWAK steps away, leaving Tad and JR confused. Sam talks with Dre JR and Adam ask Jesse why Dre can talk to his father but Colby isn't allow that same right? So Jesse allows them to see colby. They walk in, Perry walks out, and Colby tells them both she doesn't need their help. JR pleads with Colby to listen to them. JR says please, I've been there, and Colby says so have I. Adam asks, and you enjoyed it so much you want to spend more time there? JR says just recant your statement, tell them you were coerced or something. Colby asks, don't either of you care if I did it or not? At the same time JR and Adam both say 'no' and they look at each other. Colby asks, what's this, you're on the same side? JR and Adam look at each other, and JR says when it comes to you, we are. Adam looks at JR, and turns to Colby and reminds her they're family.

Member Posts: 11230 08/04/08 10:29:44 Forum Moderator	Kendall is trying to implore to Ryan that Annie has secrets when Greenlee and Aiden walk into the office and Greenlee says no more secrets, spill. What's going on? Zach brings Annie to the ER, and Jake's on duty. Kendall covers for whatever they were talking about, then Ryan asks to speak to Aiden privately. Ryan shows Aiden the key and says Kendall thinks it's Annie's lover, and maybe the father of the baby, and Aiden asks, you're wondering too? Ryan asks, do you think you can look into it? Greenlee meanwhile wants to know what's going on, but Kendall doesn't answer and then Zach calls, that Annie's been in an accident and wants to know if she's seen Ryan. Kendall hangs up, and tells Ryan, who leaves immediately. Kendall asks Greenlee if they're going too, but Greenlee says we aren't, but you are. KWAK stands with Babe, when Tad approaches KWAK again, and asks, so..you knew the car was gone? KWAK asks Babe if she'll leave them alone, and Tad makes it clear that he's angry, that she had something worked out with ADam behind his back. He says this might not be the time, but when we get home, it'll be the time. Sam is suggesting to Dre, that he'll take care of this, but Dre says dad, you always told me, to tell the truth before someone else could get ahold of it. Sam looks at Dre, and asks, what are you saying? Dre says I did it, dad. I was driving and I can't let the girls take the fall for me. Ryan gets to Annie and Kendall checks with Zach. Kendall is suspicious and wants to know how Ryan is. Zach asks, Ryan, what about Annie, she needs support too. Annie tells Ryan she couldn't reach him, his cell was off, and Ryan promises he'll never turn it off from now on. Kendall asks Zach why Annie called him, why didn't she call her husband? Zach asks, why do you need to know that? Annie tells Ryan she hates it here, and Kendall tells Zach, Annie has a secret, I'm telling you, and there's no telling how many people could be hurt. Dre sits as Sam puts his hand proudly on his shoulder, Colby looks up at JR and Adam, I think she nods and gets up but I'm not sure, and in tears, Cassie shakes her head, but it doesn't how another person there.

They can hear a heart beat and Annie asks, what's that and Jake says well, that's your baby. Annie and Ryan are mezmorized and Annie joyfully and tearfully tells Ryan, that's our baby, Ryan. That's your baby. Greenlee asks Aiden what he was talking to Ryan about Colby sits, as Adam walks around the table, telling Colby she's going to go to college, she's going to date boys and JR continues, you aren't going to be in padded cell. Colby says I was driving. Adam says that's a lie. Colby says I was driving. My car. Jesse walks in, and tells them to get out- JR says we're not through, but Jesse says actually you are. JR and Adam walk out, JR talks to Babe and KWAK while Adam is confronted by Tad, who lectures him about his children. Tad asks, so, you're going to get around the law like you always do, aren't you? She's a kid Adam, don't make things worse, and Adam says she's my kid. Not yours. You have your daughters, this one is mine. Tad says I understand, fine, but are you planning to help? Adam says Colby is going to walk out of here, free. Tad asks, and what are you going to ask in return, Adam? What will she owe you? Adam glares at Tad, and says her freedom. Adam asks, you don't want me to help her, do you? Tad says, of course I do, just do what you have to do. Sam talks to Jesse, and asks that he put all three of the teens in a room. Jesse says that's how we got here in the first place. Sam promises it'll be different. When it's over, the truth will be left in that room. Jesse agrees, tells Perry to put them all in the room again. When inside, Dre tells the girls it's over. No more lies. Cassie argues with him, she says your dad didn't look mad, wasn't he ok? Dre says yes, he was. But he knows I'm going to do the right thing.

Member Posts: 11232 08/04/08 10:50:51 Forum Moderator	Colby, Dre, and Cassie sit next to each other, in the main room in front of everyone, they're all three holding hands, and they all relay exactly what happened that night, from the begininng. At the same time, with no dialogue spoken, annie looks at the sonogram, and smiles, thinking of murdering Richie, then putting it out of her head, as she smiles at Ryan, and looks back and forth from the ultrasound. The teens continue their story, each apologizing, with Dre saying that he was driving, Cassie was afraid to drive and Colby was too sick. Dre says my father deserves the senate seat, he's the best man for the job. Colby says my dad was already in the news, Chandler stock was down, and Cassie says the Chief of Police, and turns to Angie and says I couldn't ruin your marriage to your sould mate. Angie says honey, you kept this to yourself because of us? Tad asks, you were trying to protect everyone? KWAK shoots a glance to Adam. Dre says I'm the reason Richie is dead. Cassie says we didn't think it was a person, we swear. but then we read the news the next day. Kendall observes Ryan and Annie, and smiles. When Zach comes along, Kendall says Ryan's in love.

He walks out, and listens to his voicemail and hears Annie's hysertical message. He thinks, and then calls Aiden and asks him to forget about the key. He asks, can you just put in back in the frame? Aiden asks if he's sure, and Ryan says yeah, forget it, you don't need to do anything. Greenlee asks if everything is ok and Aiden says well, I lost a case, but we have free time, and Greenlee gleefully starts making suggestions. at the station, Adam says well, you have his confession, he did it, and Colby says daddy, stop it- he was protecting us! Adam says you were protecting him, and KWAK points out, you all were protecting us, when we should have been taking care of you. Cassie apologizes to Angie but Angie comforts her daughter. Jesse informs Dre, that he's under arrest and once again there is chaos, as Cassie and Colby start yelling, then Adam is yelling at Colby and Sam turns away and calls Jackson, asking him to come down to the station right away that his son was arrested. He gets a call at the same time, from his campaigne manager, and Sam shouts into the phone, I don't care about the damn campaigne, this is my son! Jesse informs Colby and Cassie they're free to go, and Adam says I'm getting my daughter out of here. Jesse says you're not going anyhwere. Adam says you just said she was free to go. Jesse says she is, but you aren't. Adam Chandler, you are under arrest for obstruction of justice, etc. and the good news, you have the right to remain silent. All the while, Tad is almost amused by this, as JR and Babe look on also. end of show
