JR is very suspicious of Adam, but Adam goes along with his plan, by pretending to admit to JR, that he's researched all the work JR's done, and it's excellent. He notes that JR's raised profits, he rattles off all of the projects that JR's successfully closed and started and says you deserve to take over. JR asks, really. Gee, not too long ago, you could barely muster an adequate. Adam chuckles, and says well, I didn't want to admit that maybe it was time. Adam says congratulations. I'm going to clean out my office but JR says no, you don't have to do that. Adam insists. He offers his hand in a handshake, telling JR how proud he is, and still suspicious, JR shakes his hand and they embrace. JR apologizes for going off on Adam and maybe not handling everything the best, but Adam scoffs at that, and says I probably deserved it. Adam comments on the news leak, about his mental health, and gets JR to admit that he did it. JR, still suspicous, asks, you weren't mad? Adam says no, no, I would have done the same thing. JR laughs about it, and fully confesses and Adam, now turning ugly, says thank you, JR. JR asks, for what? Adam says for giving me your confession. You spineless, gutless ingrate!

Ryan tells Annie he's off to a meeting, and Annie asks if it's with greenlee. Ryan looks surprised, and says no, why? She admits that she saw them at Confusion. Ryan asks, why didn't you come up to us? Annie admits she was jealous. Ryan assures Annie, that she doesn't need to be, then Ryan needs to leave, and when he does, Annie sees Richie's vision sitting in the chair, taunting her.

Dre tells Cassie, they're caught, and Jesse tells them, he understands that whatever happened that night, he knows they didn't mean to do anything, that they were scared. He wants to help them, but all Cassie can say, is that she wants her father. They walk out, and Angie tells Jesse, you need to do what you need to do.

Annie tells Richie he's not real, and a knock at the door interrupts Annie's vision, and it's Zach.

Ryan stops by Fusion, and Kendall's there. Kendall's at Annie's desk, looking at a photo of Ryan and Annie, when Ryan interrupts her thoughts. He asks what she's looking at and Kendall gives him the photo, covering that something was wrong with the frame, so she was fixing it. Ryan asks Kendall why she told Greenlee he loved her.

Aiden and Greenlee set up on the floor, and what Aiden is doing is building their virtual home on the tv screen.

at the station, Angie is very upset, and tells Cassie it doesn't have to be this way, and then Cassie gets upset. Dre is being talked to by another cop, and then Adam, Colby, JR and Babe arrive with Adam shouting, Hubbard! Adam argues with Jesse about talking with Colby, saying her car was stolen before anything happened to Richie, but Jesse counters, we have evidence that points to contrary..Chandler! Jesse instructs the detective to take Colby to the interrogation room, but Adam says we're calling a lawyer. Colbys says I don't want one, lets go. Colby tells Adam, she's 18, she's an adult, she can do what she wants. JR softly says Colby, it's for your own protection. Colby says I don't need any, come lets go. Adam tries one last time to intervene, but to no avail, Colby tells him she doesn't want his help and walk away with the detective. Dre looks at Cassie, who nods.

the Chandler Ent. stuff wasn't as horrible to watch as I had anticipated. Still bad, just not as bad. I think the Colby situation is going to diffuse things for a bit. Honestly, I just wish father and son could appreciate each other, that JR would respect his father and father would respect son. I don't know why it had to be written this way. I wish Adam could just make JR co- CEO and be done with it. It's ridiculous already and I can't look forward to scenes with them anymore.

and keeping Kate a secret is the reason JR planted the story in first place. I don't know what to say, I just think the whole thing is badly written and out of hand. I would venture to say unrealistic, as far as soaps go, because I can think of two examples, on One Life and Y&R, of which the situations are more relatable. I was reading an opinion of another site's owner, a soap site, not a message board, and she's looking forward to the power struggle that's coming up. I am not. Especially since Pratt seems more invested in Adam. I hope JR just tells Colby the truth, and like you say, maybe Colby sides with JR. I'm not sure what happens with the company next week, if Adam's arrest enrages the board, so they ask JR to take over again. The problem is, the rooting value goes with Adam, and I want JR to have some.

I'm just really tired of the whole thing.

Hi Barb, imo, I just think Adam's much worse, with his treatment of JR. And, they've taken JR a bit overboard with handling Adam. Again, jmo, and it seems to be more prevalent now that JR's older. Yes, Pratt was quoted in SOD, the week before last, that he wants Adam and Erica front and center. That's the interview that bothered me, because JR, among others wasn't mentioned in his plans.

They need to get Adam, imo, the way his character was back in the day. Back in Agnes Nixon's day. I think he's a brilliant character, but B&E and McTavish, took him overboard, having him do things that Adam just wouldn't do.

I don't want JR to be like Adam. Or, I should say, I want the balance of Adam/Dixie to be showcased more. I don't want him back in the negative direction. I too, wish, that JR could just start his own thing. I just don't want him becoming irrelevant. When Adam was having his panic attacks, JR was there, supporting him- and for a time, father and son were close, as Adam asked JR for help with the company. JR didn't need to be like Adam in that case, he was being a supportive son, and I don't know why that had to change. That kind of balance would be fine for me.
