Sam meets with someone

ERica gets a massage, calling Josh, asking if he can take time off to go see Bianca. Then she gets a manicure, and calls Bianca.

back at Fusion, Kendall and Babe continue talking about JR, and Kendall's happy that she and JR are back on track. Babe shares that she still can't believe how her head was turned around by Richie, and she was taken in. Kendall says I can't believe he thought he had a shot with you. Babe says well, for a little while there, I didn't actually discourage him. Kendall says well, you thought he was a different person. Babe says even after I knew he was Annie's brother, he had me going that he was some vicitim, when he was really just pure evil. Then Annie walks in, all chipper. Babe asks how she's doing, while Kendall gives her a hard time about being late. Then Kendall gets a call from Erica, and leaves the room. Babe checks on Annie, and Annie asks, you know, I'm going to need a sitter, for Emma, do you think Colby would be into that? She says, I mean she's so good with little adam, and Jenny. Babe says well, Colby's been going through something lately, and Annie asks, anything bad, is everything ok? Babe says yeah, she's fine, in fact, let get you her number.

KWAK is frustrated, and when Adam asks what's wrong, she says I hate lying to my husband. Adam says you're not lying! You're just not saying anything. He asks, I imagine, Tad will speak to Jesse about this, maybe, you could get information? KWAK is outraged. She asks, you want me to spy on my husband? Adam insists it's not spying, but KWAK isn't having it. She says no. No, Adam, I will not do this for you. I will not spy on my husband.

Tad shares with Jesse that he's very surprised about this. Jesse wants to show Sam Woods, that with him as Chief of police, he means business and Tad tells him he doesn't have to worry. They talk about family, and how for a minute there, they thought it would be smooth sailing, but it's anything but.

Kendall and Annie have words, Annie walks out, and Babe, who overheard, asks Kendall is she's not being too hard on Annie. But then Kendall tells Babe about what Annie did to greenlee at the hospital. Kendall says I think we should fire her. Babe doesn't agree but Kendall doesn't want to be around her.

JR reminds Zach that he has shares with Chandler, and Zach says your father doesn't know that. JR says I know, there's a lot he doesn't know. I know we've had our differences, and ZAch laughs, and asks, differences? JR says all I'm saying, is we worked together to bring down Novack, maybe we could work together again. Zach says you can't bring down your father, you don't have it in you. JR says try me.

Babe tries to talk Kendall out of this. She says Annie's our friend, but Kendall says you didn't see her. They start talking about Ryan, his vasectomy, how miracles can happen, but it's too convenient for Kendall. Annie tells the girls, she needs to pick up Emma, and she leaves.

Opal runs into Sam Woods at the Valley Inn and thanks him for helping Erica. She sits down with him, and tells him that ERica's staying at the yacht club, pampering herself. I think Opals' trying to find out Sam's intentions, and dallies around hearing about how they got locked in solitary. When Sam explains that, and Opal asks if he's talked with ERica, Sam says he's been busy with the campagine and Opal says, well, I know who my vote is with, and that's Jackson. Sam is taken aback, and tells Opal that Jackson is a great man. Then he asks Opal to be direct about whatever she's here for, and Opal pretty much warns him to stay away from ERica, she knows about the kiss, but Jackson's ERica's future.

Zach is pretty much not taking JR seriously, talking to him like Adam does, only not as abusive. JR is serious about heading up Chandler, but Zach reminds him he's heard this song before, he tries to go against his father and then he's pulled back in. JR says that's not going to happen this time, he has a plan. Zach says oh, good, you have a plan. like having yourself kidnapped? JR says those were mistakes. I'm not making a mistake this time. Zach says the problem with you, is that your competitors figure it out, and they cross you. JR asks, have you seen the numbers since I've been running things? Zach says yeah, the company had a few good weeks, it's over now. JR says I'm going to do with this, with or without you. Zach says look, I hate your father, and frankly, I don't know how I feel about you half the time, but you're a loose cannon. At least with your father, I know what to expect, but I don't with you. He says you can't do this, you don't have what it takes. JR says yes, I do. I'm not afraid of my father, I'm not afraid of anyone. Zach says wow, you talk like that, I might hire you. JR says you're kidding. Zach says, yes, I am. JR says I'm serious about this. I know what I want, and I'm going to have it.

Sam pays a visit to Erica

Zach opens the door, and tells JR he's given him a lot to think about. JR says there's really not much to think about, either you want to do this, or not, and Zach says, well, let me think about it. JR says ok, well, if you decide, you know where to find me. Zach is very nonchalant, but once JR is gone, Zach immediately goes to the phone, and informs someone to move along with Chandler Ent. that it's going to be a war.

Tad gets home, Adam leaves, and she explains that he was here about Colby and Tad makes it known, that he knows what's happened. He asks why she didn't tell him the truth, and she wearily tells him she just forgot, and goes to check on Jenny.
