I was reading Cady's interview in the new SOD, and honestly, there are simply dumb ass people running this show. She doesn't say that, I do. She looks
absolutely beautiful- her hair is long, and she had free will for her hair, so she had it dyed blonde, and she jokes that the sylists in heaven are heavenly.
It looks just great. Anyway, Frons is quoted "they screwed up." Even back to Dixie's return, he was hearing it loud and clear, that the Dixie
who returned, wasn't the Dixie known and loved. He admits mistakes, and poor execution, and even moreso, at the embarrasing way Dixie was killed off.
He's the one who approves, along with the Exec Producer- what, they thought it looked good on paper? They needed to right a wrong, or write a wrong- so
they all met: him, the head writers, the EP, and Agnes Nixon, who is part of the creative team, and interesting, she's never been mentioned in this way
before, as having met with people. They realized they couldn't bring her back from the dead, because Jesse was too recent, but they needed to somehow bring
Dixie back, the Dixie fans love, and help mend things. They're grateful that Cady accepted when JHC contacted her. Dixie will return, with Adam being the
only one who can see her, and she is going to enjoy giving Adam a little hell. The goal, is to save Adam's soul, to make him see that he has to reunite a
father and daughter. Cady says she's having a blast, and DC is wonderful with this material. There's a pic of Tad, and the caption is "My
Boys" and Cady notes, that Dixie will have a forever connection with Tad, JR, and little adam. She's thrilled to be back, and there were hugs all
around with MEK and DC. I'm not sure if she's done taping yet- I do hope there are scenes with JR.
Anyway, putting aside my disdain for those running the show, I do wish Dixie could return for good. But I am looking forward to this, because the focus is on the Chandlers, and I know I'll enjoy DC during all of this. May should be fairly positive for a JR fan as well, so at least there's that much.
