Not only does that show know how to treats its veterans properly, the writing on Y&R is TEN TIMES better than any of the crap we've seen on AMC, OLTL, and GH.

For one thing, Y&R has a far better cast than GH does and Y&R actually cares more about actors who can act instead of just having actors who just look good, as we've seen on all the ABC soaps.

Amelia is doing a wonderful job on Y&R. You guys really should just watch 1 episode of it and compare it to AMC. I think you'll be surprised with the pacing, the family ties, and the rich history. It is so refreshing to watch it.

The show sucks so badly that I have to TIVO it and FF thru to take my snappies of Steve/Jason....but to tell the truth, I may give up screen capping on a regular basis for both AMC and GH as it's too painful to keep watching shows that are so totally awful.

I think all three ABC soaps are in trouble in the ratings. Really, they are.

The quality of AMC, OLTC, and GH have all gone down the toilet over the past few years. The head writers for each respective soap are ruining good characters right and left. On GH, the writer there has turned Alexis into a self serving bitch and has turned Lucky into a drug using loser. And we all know how bad things are on AMC.
